We are the only lower Fairfield County based facility with in-house recruiting working from an extensive database utilizing custom software to narrow searches and target the right respondent for your study. RazorFocus invests constantly in building and maintaining its database with advertising, hardware, custom software, technical support, and personnel. Mike DiVico, our Senior Manager, has been working with our database since graduating from the University of Connecticut.
How did we get to this level of recruiting quality? The answer is very simple—it is what we set as a primary objective before opening for business. Shortly after opening, we began the processing of building a robust database supported by computer hardware and customized software that represented an investment of over $125,000. RazorFocus has one very strong position on recruiting—you can’t be good at it if there is no real investment in the database asset.
All other lower Fairfield County facilities use outside recruiters working from their homes and are paid only on an acquisition basis. Our recruiters are paid hourly so the emphasis is on quality before quantity.
